MultiCar – overhead transportation without media disruptions
What if you could make your transport processes three-dimensional and efficient? The Telelift MultiCar offers you exactly that. Designed especially for industry, it provides flexible, customized solutions for almost any goods up to 40 kg.
With its modular rail technology, the MultiCar transports goods in all directions – horizontally or vertically – in a space-saving manner and without media discontinuity. It can be adapted to new processes at any time, eliminating the need for different conveyor systems for different production processes.
One system, few components
MultiCar chassis:
Our trolleys are real all-rounders. They can be combined with a variety of load handling devices to meet your needs. The brushless drives ensure variable speeds and precise positioning, whether loading or unloading.
MultiCar rails:
The modular rail system is extremely flexible. It consists of straight sections, curves for horizontal changes of direction and bends for vertical changes of direction. With switch modules, you can optimally distribute or bundle material flows.
MultiCar control system:
The control is done via our decentralized TeleControl system, which communicates via a TCP/IP network and a communication channel in the driving profile. Centralized visualization, operator terminals and service laptops provide comprehensive system analysis. If required, we can seamlessly integrate the control system with your existing systems, such as MES or ERP.
Customized load handling devices
Our load handling devices are customized to your requirements, depending on the transport task.
Rigid connection:
The load handling device is firmly attached to the chassis and does not move relative to it. Ideal for transportation in a horizontal or vertical transport.
Feature: High payload and particularly suitable for goods in closed boxes.
Gravity-controlled connection:
The load-carrying device is connected to a freely rotating flange.
The low center of gravity ensures gentle transport by means of gravity. Ideal for hanging goods.
Feature: Medium load and gentle transport.
Actively controlled connection:
The load-handling device is attached to a rotatable flange with a drive and bevel gear. A variable speed drive keeps it horizontal when traveling on curves.
Features: Precise positioning, lower payloads, smaller envelopes, and gentle transport.
