The New Generation of Driverless Transport Systems for Hospitals
UniVan 2.0
Telelift presents: The UniVan 2.0, a newly developed, state-of-the-art driverless transport system (AMR / AGV) designed specifically to meet the demands of modern hospital logistics. With this innovative mobile robot, meals, laundry, sterile goods, and pharmacy products can be transported safely and efficiently throughout the entire hospital complex – without any manual intervention.
The UniVan 2.0 utilizes state-of-the-art technologies for autonomous driving and offers a range of improvements that take flexibility, reliability, and safety to a new level:
- Maximum flexibility: Free SLAM navigation enables flexible route planning without any floor, wall, or ceiling installations. Rigid guide rails are thus a relic of the past – ensuring maximum reliability and system availability.
- Omnidirectional movement: The vehicle can move in all directions and navigates safely even in tight or critical areas.
- Inductive charging during operation: To ensure maximum availability, the vehicle is automatically charged at defined points during operation.
- Comprehensive safety: A safety scanner combined with camera-based 3D object recognition ensures that the UniVan 2.0 detects people at all times and integrates seamlessly into the hospital infrastructure.
- With a payload of up to 500 kg, the UniVan 2.0 reliably handles even heavy loads and effectively relieves your staff of time-consuming and ergonomically challenging transport tasks.
Telelift’s new generation of driverless vehicles sets the standard for efficient and safe hospital logistics—flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking.
